Kaela's Prom

Kaela had her junior prom last weekend.  We were looking for a dress for quite
time.  After shopping all over town, we decided to take our chances and look for a dress online.  I'm not a fan of getting such an important dress online, but we took careful measurements of Kaela and ordered the dress.  When we tried it on, it was a PERFECT fit!  It didn't even need to be hemmed!  Kaela looked absolutely stunning in her dress.  A huge thank you to Jalen for doing her hair and makeup!

I love my life!

My Life on the River

It's amazing how much I love living on the river.  Back when Bill and I were talking about moving on the water, I knew that I would love it.  But, I truly had no idea how this life and location would complete me in such a profound way.  I have such an incredible sense of peace and belonging when I walk in my front door.  Not a lot of people can say that about their life and I thank God everyday for my blessings.

Here is a picture of the view when we are driving our boat out for a little "tootle".  It's breathtaking!
